What is TRX?

TRX Suspension training body-weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. TRX training has proven to be a class that is completely different from any other exercise class. It is exciting and challenging, allowing all levels of ability to participate simply by changing the angle of one’s body.

Who Founded TRX?

Founder, Randy Hetrick, proudly served his country for fourteen years as a Navy SEAL. He developed TRX equipment and associated exercises for the equipment in the 1990s.

How do you "do" TRX?

Each class begins with a warm up, and then instructors will combine the core strength of Pilates with TRX movements. This, in turn, allows individuals to challenge each part of the body. Classes then conclude with a segment of muscle-lengthening stretching.
