HOW DO I PURCHASE A PACKAGE?
Create an accout on our MindBody site then simply navigate to our online store and purchase a package that best fits you. 
If you are new to Reformer based Pilates we would like to offer you a complimentary one hour introductory private evaluation before your class credits are eligible for a group setting. Call/email the studio to set up or browse our appointment availability on MindBody to schedule a free trial private that is convenient for your schedule.

WHAT ARE THE CLASS CANCELLATION POLICIES?
If you’re not going to be able to make a class, please make sure you do one of the following: 1) Cancel the class via your mindbody account at least 12 hours in advance, or 2) If you are not able to log in to your account, email or call the studio during open hours trucorepilates@gmail.com or (847) 726-9642, and we will take care of you!

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A LATE CANCEL AND NO SHOW?
All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class time. Any class cancelled less than 12 hours before the class will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will result in loss of credit for the cancelled class. If you fail to cancel and you do not show up for the class, you will be charged for the class.

HOW DO I RESERVE A CLASS?
Log into your Mindbody account online by going to trucorepilates.com or mindbodyonline.com. All classes can be booked online. You can also always email trucorepilates@gmail.com or (847) 726-9642 

CAN I MAKE A LAST MINUTE RESERVATION?
If you see an open class spot on MindBody, go ahead and book it. You may also call or email the desk. If you book last minute and fail to show, you will forfeit the class credit.

HOW DO WAITLIST RESERVATIONS WORK?
If you add yourself to the waitlist and a spot becomes available you will be notified via email and automatically enrolled in the spot. If you are no longer available to take the spot, please reply to the email immediately to cancel your spot and avoid being billed. This will open the spot to the next person on the waitlist. If you do not respond via email or phone to cancel your spot, you will be billed for the class.

WHAT ARE THE PACKAGE EXPIRATIONS?
All class packages/sessions expire 84 days from start date of session. Private packages expire one year after purchase date. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rates are subject to change.
